The aim is to simplify and improve the booking process, including features for urgent needs, enhancing the user experience.
The problems
Platform like Google Calendar is widely used for room bookings due to its diverse ecosystem. However, I uncovered common existing frustrations:
• Need for alerts when preferred rooms open up.
• Booking rooms by participant count for fairness.
• Difficulty finding meeting rooms.
• Requested a calendar view showing booking availability.
• Option to request urgent room concession.
• Checking participant availability.
• Undefined room usage guidelines, e.g: interview vs. group meetings.

#1 - Streamlined room finder
• Revamped room booking with a mobile app showing a clear timeline of availability.
• Highlights busy times and free rooms at a glance.
• Auto-prioritizes available spaces on top.
• Allows filtering by room size, equipment, or location.
#2 - Book in few clicks
• Enables quick selection and booking of meeting rooms with minimal clicks.
• Features quick-view schedules for immediate booking tailored to participant needs.
#3 - How about urgent booking?
• For available rooms, auto-selects the current date and nearest available time, helping the booking to be quick and seamless.
• When a room is already booked, there's a unique feature called "Room negotiate" allowing users to request or negotiate room availability.
• Teams with upcoming bookings receive a notification about the urgent request and can choose to concede their room reservation directly within the app.
#4 - I can't find the meeting room
• We provide detailed building maps for easy navigation.
• Our system pinpoints the exact location of your meeting room.
• A guided path feature shows you the way to your meeting room.
• Designed to eliminate navigation confusion in large or unfamiliar buildings.
